Ii will be over 60 on july 27 2007 i receive incapacity beneifit at the moment am i entiteled to more money thanks

If your only on IB you get now then chances re you will be, but your best bet is to check out the pension credit calculator at https://www.thepensionservice.gov.uk website.I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0
