Lying driver (and wife) now claiming injury

My brother scraped a car while reversing out of a car parking slot. Scraped the wing, nothing major. He admitted his error. Other car was fixed and it was all settled. This happened about 9 months ago.

My brother had a black box type thing in his car.

Now he has a new policy with another company.

Today his new insurance company rang to say driver and wife (who wasn't even in the flipping car!) are injured.

It's too late to ask for CCTV and there are no witnesses apart from my mum who was passenger.

So angry.

My brother is going to ring and ask his what he is playing at, that there is a record on the black box and that he will see him in court.

Sick of liars!
