Lost thread on POPLA reconsidering appeal

Last week, or possibly late in the previous week, there was a thread in which POPLA were reconsidering an appeal having upheld his original appeal.

I contacted POPLA and they have told me that they do not reconsider appeals, I wanted to pass this on to him, but I cannot find the thread. Can anyone remember the thread name or the OP's name?

I remember the thread you mean, but I can't find it.

I seem to recall that thread too - was it something like hadn't yet got the cancellation and the parking company had said POPLA were reconsidering the appeal.
I think you asked the OP to clarify what they meant - da_rule but I can't find it either.

Yeah from what I remember the appeal was allowed on the grounds that the PPC hadn't submitted any evidence. They then submitted evidence and the appeal was reconsidered.

If you think you posted in the thread, can you not just search your previous posts? Bit of a ball ache granted.

PPC failed to initially respond to appeal and got original default assessment overturned. OP wasn't given the opportunity to respond to PPC's submissions as I seem to recall?
