when I was offered 50% from the Halifax I phoned them up and got the full 100%.

Its your claim its up to you when you are happy to call it a day.

I would start by phoning them and see if they will up the offer, maybe someone who has dealing with the woolwich will be able to help

Is the £2700 the total charges without interest? To get your interest back aswell you would need to go through the courts & this can take a long time, you have to weigh up your options & decide what to do, do you really want the interest or would you be happy with the £2700? As the poster above said you have to remember you didnt expect to see this money again...

Personally my bank annoyed me so much over the years I took them to court & I now wont accept anything less that the full amount inc interest, which I expect to be awarded :D

However with my other 2 victims I intend to go via the FO as this is a bit quicker although I wont get the interest :p
