CMC lost case against invoice ??

I remember a thread on here about a CMC who lost a court case when a company invoiced them for time taken to deal with fraudulent claims where no PPI existed.
I have searched, but can not find any details.... any idea?
Fed up with CMCs making fradulent complaints, our stats are that 75% of complaints did not have PPI, time to start invoicing.
When are the FOS going to realise that the public are just trying it on. From where I am sitting, outside of the banks the only scandal of PPI is the fradulent claims and the general populations feeling of entitlement for money.

Since the CMC is not, and never will be, a client of picky123, FOS will not be interested - and if he sues the complainant then once he has issued proceedings it falls outside FOS jurisdiction.0 -
The FOS is too liberal minded to think that consumers try it on. They would position it that they failed to understand.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

Would love to invoice people who submitted fraudlent claims themselves, but aware that FCA / FOS would frown upon.
These people are even worse than CMC's, as they really should know if they purchased or not. They just receive a really sarcastic letter advising them that they did not purchase PPI.0 -
