Hi my name is Scott.
I am 19 years old and Car insurance is very expensive for me in the UK but my intention is to live in Norway for the next 6 months and I need to find the cheapest possible car insurance that will cover me in Europe.
If someone can please advise me on this it would be much appreciated.
