Sorry I just seen your message Teachercat, I have spoken to different people from Tesco who have no idea what this is about?! I am going to email jus rol instead now as the lady on the phone was not helpful, such a shame

Hi Bumblebee (and anyone else affected),
I've just spoken to Jus Rol again - they've had a number of people contact them about broken dishes and are currently waiting to hear back from Tesco about whether they will be sending out replacements or an alternative, but the lady I spoke to wanted to assure me that they were still on the case and trying to fix it.
Hopefully we'll hear some good news soon!
