My partner just called to say I'd just had a Le Creuset pie dish delivered - unfortunately it arrived broken, so I'm going to give Jus Rol a call to see if there is anything they can do, but I seem to be having a winning streak - this is my third one in two weeks!

I spoke to Jus Roll on the phone they have passed the buck to tesco, so I just filled in their contact us page on their website, hopefully, I will hear back soon xx

Bumblebee have you heard anything? I had an email from Jus Rol yesterday after I filled in a complaint form and they asked me if the competition was run by them or tesco, but not heard anything else!

Mine was quite secure and arrived unbroken. Hope they sort out everyone elses though.
