Cashback Query

Hi,

I took out a new car insurance policy with Churchill, through Quidco (£100 cashback) on 20.6.07. As yet, it's not showing on my Quidco account. How long does it usually take to show up?

Quidco had some tracking problems with insurances back in June (see their quidblog) including churchill. I think you have to fill in an enquiry form to claim back your missing cashback. These seem to be working now.

Yes, I had to send an enquiry through and it's now showing as "Sent to Merchant" so shouldn't be long now.
