PPI help please

Hi,
A couple of years ago I successfully received two payouts for mis-sold PPI thanks to all the help from the fantastic people on this forum.
However, it still frustrates me that for the first 12 years of taking out my mortgage I was paying PPI but due to not having the account number I could not claim. I contacted Santander but they had no record of the number (we're going back to 1992).
I was just wondering if anything's changed over those 2 years that could help me reclaim this money?

The more time passes the less chance of records being kept. You need to forget about this, the records have been deleted forever.0
