    Morning :)
It was a bright and misty start here, it is beginning to clear now though and still feels a touch cool.
Working today until 6pm and then will be making Chicken chausseur for tea. Hopefully 10minutes knitting tonight and I should finish my first ever knitted scarf :D
Hoping that my BF doesn't end up stuck at the garage working too late tonight, as with the time change and on a Sunday we never end up to bed as early as in the week, he looked quite tired at 4am, so if he get's back reasonable we can have tea and a relax on the sofa then a nice early night :)
Work is quite steady again, beginning to wonder if it will pick back up, personally I don't think it will. Always makes the days I am here drag, very annoying when there is so much I could be doing at home with cleaning/organinsing and paperwork/office stuff, never mind though it's not a job for life here!!
Hoping that now the lighter nights are here, me and BF might be able to get out for a few more walks in an evening through the week which will be nice!!

Right enough chatter from me today.
Have a wonderful day whatever you are doing. Happy thoughts and hugs to anyone in need/wanting.

    Happy Monday :j

Bitsybeans - sorry to here, hope you feel better soon, hot bath or a hot water bottle on it maybe?

Judi so glad you went to see your mum. You only get one mother and life is too short to bear grudges. When she's gone you don't want to be saying "I wish I'd said/done" Good for you. x

    Afternoon all,

Judi - Totally agree with what Hilstep said.

It's been a nice warm day here although we had a few splats of rain at lunchtime. Just bought the washing in and it had dried despite the wet.

Had my weekly walk with my friend this afternoon and was so pleased the tide was in. Although we walk by the river almost every week, we seem to miss the high tide.

DS2 had a careers meeting today and am looking forward to see what she said. The more I think about his situation I know it is purely league tables talking. Being asked to leave with only four weeks of actual tuition left just doesn't seem fair. Physics have said he should take the exams but head of year won't let him attend lessons but has to get the missed work from the school internet learning portal. She is letting him in for the Geography lessons though. Makes no sense to me.

Off to yoga tonight (need to destress!) and making pizza for tea.

    Happy evening all.

    Evening all,

I think I've overdone it. I went to meet my DIL to be in town as she paid for my teeth to be whitened for my birthday. I didn't think about parking and how far I had to walk. It's twelve weeks today since I had my knee replacement , still can't bend it properly and still using my crutch. It's killing me now, sat with my leg up and will have to give in and take pain killers. I'm seriously thinking of seeing a private physio as the nhs ones have been useless, cancelling changing appointments and when I did get there just giving me a sheet of exercises to do at home, which I've religiously done.:(

Anyway on to nicer things, had a lovely Mother's Day yesterday, lots of lovely pressies and a nice curry cooked by my youngest.
I'm struggling with the housework at the moment, I just can't get on top of it just now which is not like me, I do like it tidy. Oh well it will still be there tomorrow. Early night tonight as I was up at four this morning and didn't get off again.

Just realised how moany this post is so I shall b@gger off and come back when I'm feeling more positive, have a good evening all xx
