Can do it online now from the comfort of your own home.
Be aware though that if they decide to defend they can ask for it to be dealt with at their local CC
That's true, I did the application online last time and like you said I was referred to a county court which is 40 miles away from where I live. The printer is based in London, so I may end up travelling down to the south to attend the court and the hearing.
This is why I say this will be the final draw.0 -
For completeness, here is BartyBoy's earlier thread:
Original thread is here:-

Well, in the first case send a Letter Before Action warning them you're taking them to court if they don't pay.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Thank you both for linking this post to my original ones...0 -
Then you should have, by now, escalated to small claims, assuming your letter gave a time scale.
By faffing about like this they will realise your threats are empty and they will continue to ignore.
You send a letter. You give a timescale (eg 21 days) within which to provide your chosen remedy then, if they don't, you IMMEDIATELY escalate to small claims.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

Ah, right.
So we now have three threads on this saga.
...and even though that was suggested previously, BartyBoy never once said they had done so.0 -

Points taken, thanks!
I will apply to small claim court tomorrow.0 -
Excellent work there Wealdroam - didn't realise I had already given the Op the benefit of my sage advice.

Unless I'm mistaken, we still haven't had an answer as to whether its a b2b contract or not and also as to why the OP couldnt use the booklets provided or if he made them aware time was of the essence.
Of course perhaps that information is contained in one of the other threads somewhere. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
