New homes external walls

Our house is a 6 year old build and the external walls are discoloured what is the stuff they use it's not cement plaster but a gradual like yellow colouring that I believe they spray on?
And whats best to clean it?

Will be either K rend or monocouche,a jet wash should clean it0

Cool I have access to a powerful mobile jet wash at work so will borrow this for a weekend any need for any chemical with it0
