I had a credit card with HSBC over 10 years ago. I believe I was mis sold ppi on this card. The problem I have is I have no record of the credit card no statements, nothing. I contacted HSBC and because I had the credit card over 6 years ago they have no record as they destroy all records after 6 years. Is there any way I can get this information under the data protection act have heard something about
