I used the Cheap Energy Club to change my tariff on 1st March.
I have since received a bill from my supplier, confirming that I am now on my selected Tariff - yet my Cheap Energy Account still states that the change is in progress.
I have email CHE in order for status to be update, but yet to receive a response.
How long does it take for the status to be updated ?
