Thank you Ferry.
You are missed lots mum, will light a candle tonight for you, and you are always in my thoughts.

My mothers day is tinged with sadness as I have injured my back and unable to take flowers today.
It would have been my mothers birthday this week so I will try to go then .Light travels faster than sound.
This is why some people seem as bright until you hear them.0 -
I think about you every days since you left us (22/11/2000) not only Mother's Day but it hurts more today.
You were "Simply The Best" as Tina Turner would say.
Love and miss you Mum xxxx0 -

I went the Crem earlier and yet again there weren't any other cards there. It was the anniversary of her death the end of Feb and when i went this morning my card was still there alone, so they mustn't have turned up since then.
I hope they can sleep.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,

Missing you Mum and remembering the last Mother's Day we spent together

Love you x0 -
I laid flowers for my mum & mil yesterday. We've scattered their ashes on our land so they're always with us. I've never been on for Mother's Day. I can recall mum never put up her cards & always told us not to bother. After she died I found out that she had a child before me (back in the day that it was a terrible sin) and was placed in forced adoption. Now I realise why she also hated Mother's Day. It hurts me that I cant celebrate with her and I don't celebrate myself. Its over-rated & hyped up IMO.
But each to its own. My children understand why I don't celebrate and I know they love me and I love them. We don't need cards to tell each other that.0 -
