Erm no I didn't need anything from a hotel (not sure if this is needed now?). I just went HERE filled in the form and paid. Then I received an approval document by email which basically just had a list of names on it (inc. mine) that arrived the same day as me.

You then have to take the following to the desk when you arrive:

• Original passport
• 02 photos 4x6CM
• Letter of visa upon arrival
• Stamping fee
• On arrival form (you get a link to this)

I think we just handed over $90.

I'm presuming the approval letter from the hotel is instead of the one from the site people have been mentioning? (thanks!)
