9. Only one winner per household. GNM accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not expressly included in the prize. In particular, GNM accepts no responsibility for the costs incurred by the winner or their guests in relation to: travel to and from the festival site, camping costs (if not included in the ticket price), camping equipment, insurance, or any food and drink.
10. The winners will be selected by way of a random draw, with one draw taking place for each of the festivals listed above. Your entry will be entered into the random draw for the festival which you have stated that you want to attend if you answer the question correctly and your entry must have been received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. In the event of there being no entries for a particular festival, a further random draw will take place including all entrants and one winner will be selected at random. The draws will be performed or supervised by an individual who is independent of the Promoter and the Prize Draw entrants. The draws will take place on or after 5 April 2014.
11. The winners will be notified by phone or email on or before 11 April 2014 and given details of how to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to GNM within 48 hours of being notified of their win, the winner's prize will be forfeited and GNM shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 48 hours or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms, the winner's prize will be forfeited and GNM shall be entitled to select another winner.
12. The prizes will be sent to the winners by two weeks before the first day of the revelant festival.
13. The name and county of the winners can be obtained after 30 April 2014 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Marketing Department (Observer Festivals Prize Draw 2014), Guardian News & Media Limited, Kings Place, 90 York Way, London N1 9GU.
14.Some winners may be allocated tickets to festivals which they have not specified as their first choice. Winners should be aware that the prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
15. GNM reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
