Open days

I went to one today, seriously there is about 40 other people who went too.
Although the estate agent had a list of who he was expecting, he still ran out of the flat brochure!
When I viewed before, although it was called an open day, each person still had a 10 minute slot which was much better as I as able to ask the agent anything there and then in private.
Home hunting is starting to pee me off now

Round here, (south London/Surrey) viewing open days only used to happen when a house had been on the market for a while with no action, but now they are becoming the norm as soon as a house goes on the market, and before interior photos are added to RM or Zoopla. Not sure what the point of that is. Personally, I would want at least a rough idea of the state of the inside of the property before I went to view it.0
