Itunes adding folders from PC

Hi,
I'm trying to add a folder (music) to my itunes account but when I try to add anything it only shows add file but not add folder????
Any ideas please.

Just drag the folder up to where it says music, then it will add it to your library.0

Don't you mean you're trying to add a folder to your iTunes library?0
