the criminality stuff takes a little more thinking about, after all, one has to provide a case beyond reasonable doubt.

That's not your concern though, all you have to do is report the matter to the Police. The onus is on them to thoroughly investigate all allegations and gather all relevant evidence.

Again, the SRA complaint isn't too difficult, all you need to do is tell them what happened (they don't expect you to be legally minded, most of their complaints come from lay people). Things like the Letter Before Claim being misleading, submitting photocopied statements to court etc.

When I went into Court, I was armed with, and actually understood, the full facts. (Got a bit lost in the Locus Standi argument but hey ho, there will be better people debating the point then me.)

It's important I get the facts right before I raise a concern in front of The Police.

What concerns me, is that there may be something going on here, that isn't right. PE have sent me a load of stuff, I just need to make sure I've got a strong case :-)

The SRA stuff is coming together though :-)

The Witness Statement Parking Eye sent, seem a little irregular.

@Ivor Pecheque - One could argue that whilst you might wish to keep in mind the effect any criminal complaint you made may have, don't lose sight of the fact that there are many, many more people who are not as strong nor intelligent as you and you good lady were.

The sheer number of people who, apparently, pay PCN's without a whimper tells us about how much Joe Public understands about the real situation they are in. The government, seemingly couldn't care less and the other "stakeholders" ICO, DVLA, BPA, IPC, POPLA and IAS have their own interests, livelihoods and positions to protect.

Unless we give other agencies such as the Police and the SRA the bullets there isn't anyone out there who is fighting this corner except us - despite the fact that we have demonstrated the righteousness of our cause time and time again.[/rantmode]
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

I am sure that it cannot have escaped THs' notice that rather a lot of cases from PE are coming in front of them where the plaintiff seems to be acting in a rather vindictive manner. It only needs one unsympathetic judge to blog their doings in a judgely forum, and the cat gets out of the bag, PE are abusing the system.

There are only about 500 District Judges. There is a critical mass at which the knowledge of ParkingEye's antics will rapidly spread to all of them from the growing number who have heard a case.

The tipping point cannot be far off.

Not in my experience. They seem to employ the same fob-off merchant that DVLA does.

I wonder if the judges have twigged that the 800 plus cases they used to see (not 30,000 plus the BPA lied about) has blossomed into many thousands and are fed up with it, and that's just PE.

    BONG!

Parking Eye execs may need a BONG! of a different kind to steady their nerves at this rate ;)

I would happily give them a Korean Bong.

Mr Pecheque, do you not think that PE's misinformation and robust collection methods may also be of interest to Trading Standards?
