Hi, I moved in to my new build in January. Today I got a letter saying that I will be paying quarterly.

I also got another letter, saying I'm on a monthly cash payment plan. It says my first monthly instalment for gas is £114 due on 21st April and £50 gas also due on 21st April. Will those prices be the same every month, or does the first one cover the couple of months I've already been living here?

Thanks
Andrew

Did you not ring the supplier, submit readings, and register for an account back in Jan? If not, you are on the most expensive tariff (Standard).
No, an instalment is a monthly DD payment.
Call SP, request the payment plan and tariff you want, and submit current readings. You are then free to commence a switch if you want.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
