the sexual task is still there, I did wonder why it didn't go fast, that's a easy 63c to earn.

that's what it means, it comes up for a task where you can only do one such as the survey one I posted.

The task nearly completes comes up when your working on a task and its hitting the end, you'll sometimes still see it on the task listing, but other people are probably working on it.
