Parking Eye Ordered to Drop 2 Small Claims

Prankster is busy today :)

Here is another 2 cases (which are related) where the principle ordered parking eye to drop their spurious claims. And the retailers actually saying that rather than ensuring a steady flow of parking spaces, parking eye are costing businesses money!

Just shows what verminous leaches these scum are!

I'm assisting a lady with a Popla appeal at this location, so this is great news. We have written to the landowner and are awaiting their response.

The more the landowner's cage is rattled, the more they are drawn into this and the more they will realise how much grief and harassment is being meted out daily to their customers' by their agent, for whom whose actions they are jointly and severally responsible.

Sooner or later a 'big fish' is going to end up on the PPC hook - then they will realise what damage a Great White can inflict.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
