Received Parking Charge! Need A Little Help

Received A parking charge from UKPC now as I haven't paid the case has now been referred to Debt Recovery Plus Ltd I have ignored all letterers from them so far. The latest letter I have from them is "Notice of intended court action"

Just need a little help as Im not to sure if I should keep on ignoring or contact them and pay the fine/invoice.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Ignoring has not been advised for a long time, except in Scotland or NI.

You need to read the Newbies sticky at the top of the forum NOW to see your range of options.

As the PPC is UKPC scammers there will be no court action, and DR+ are are a bunch of scamming idiots you can ignore.

Basically you'll learn form the NEWBIES thread that you had a chance to appeal to POPLA and win, that's now gone so your options are to ignore now, or respond. Either way, don't pay, don't panic about the letters - and keep them all in a file marked scam.

UKPC don't do court but best to keep all letters just in case one day they break the habit of a lifetime - which is the reason why you may want to respond once, as keeper, to robustly state there has been no loss etc. As per the NEWBIES thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
