As I am on JSA and on Housing benefit and wish to find if there is some way I can call my brother in law over for holidays and what i can send to support his vis application as do have flat for which i pay mortgage ??

Do you pay your mortgage or does the state? In other posts you talk about claiming 'housing benefit'.
If your only income is from JSA it is unlikely you will satisfy the income requirement for supporting your relative.
(Edit - shared ownership. You will not be able to support a third person if having to pay your mortgage from your JSA.)0 -
well if have prop and have a morg and is getting paid so not sure why there should any reason as you may be aware the state only pays Int amount I would need to top up the payment to keep up with the payments and it s not supporting him but him to come holiday for his nephew b/day0
