Found the template and gone online to email it to their appeals department and it won't accept my charge notice number, obviously I'm not in their system yet!!!!!0 -

Was this a windscreen ticket? If so you must WAIT for the Notice to Keeper (NtK) - to be delivered between day 29 and 56 after the parking event.
But please do start your own thread so we can advise you there rather than risking the potential of confusing the Original Poster with answers to your questions.
