i have checked this restaurant out today,,firstly it is not situated within the grounds of the peel centre,it is clearly outside the boundaries, immediately in front of nandos there are x3 disabled spaces,(approx 4 yards from main door) there is however room for another car at the end of the line making it 3 disabled and 1 ordinary space.
if you were visiting nandos without a blue badge you would 99.9% of the time have to drive into the peel centre to park your car and walk a few yards back to restaurant, thus entering into t&cs of the scum known as excell parking,if you really know the area well you could in fact park down a nearby side road, but its pretty dodgy to park up well out of site or walk from tescos car park, approx 5 minutes at gentle pace.
on the door of nandos there is a sign stating if you have parked in the peel centre its a private car park and you have entered into their t&cs,we take no responsibilty etc etc,,,the sign is written in fancy writing and you have to be loking for it otherwise its just one of a few stuck on their doors and windows, though i went in daylight,if it were dark,i guess no way of seing it unless you had a torch.
i cannot find original post where i said i would check it out,but have posted this here instead, hope this gives a clear(er) picture to the regulars on here for future reference,to clarify as you are driving on the narrow road to enter the peel centre, nandos is situated on the right, tucked away so to speak, immediately before you actually enter the peel centre car park, there are no visible signs re parking of any shape or form outside nandos, other than sign on door.

Nice one bondy. You're a Peel Centre star, the forum's man on the spot. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
