Anyone ever had problems with MandMdirect returns?

Hey,
So I got some stuff from MandM and I want to return them. I tried them on and they just don't suit me, about 5 items n'all.
Just been looking at their No Quibble Returns and it appears that they won't refund if the items have been worn.
Of course I tried the items on, but does this mean they've been worn?
Can they knock me back for a refund?

I've used MandM and many other internet clothing retailers and never had a problem returning, trying on is allowed and assuming you've not covered anything in deodorant etc and the item is 'unworn' in the sense it has only been tried on like you would in a normal store, there should be no issue.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Just to echo what Kerri GT has said, you should be ok to return them as long as you have only tried them on. Most online retailers for clothes also require that all tags are left on the clothes.
So assuming you tried them on with the tags on and then decided they weren't for you and you are also still within their returns period, then you should get a refund without a problem!0
