So nothing new then, except these were referred from the small claims. And you'll be happy to learn one was from laineee who had a default judgement against her, which was overturned !

Case 1

All parties will now be extremely happy. The court has saved time and scarce resources. The motorist has had her charge cancelled. ParkingEye have saved large amounts of court and legal costs which they would have otherwise incurred in order to reach this same verdict.

LOL

Great results, this is why I ask if people will serve a letter to the parking scammers offering the dispute be dealt with by ADR, I spotted only the BPA rule book has timescales on ADR, judges do not give two hoots about bpa trade club rules.

If you serve a letter that is not marked without prejudice demanding they utilise ADR you show you attempted to solve the issue, this is known as "remaining in honour" by offering the plantif the opportunity to save the burden of the court.

Enter the letter with defence documents.
    Be happy...;)

When is Crapita going to sort out PE? Anyone a shareholder in Crapita and can ask awkward questions?

Excellent news - pleased for both OP's but especially glad to hear about Lainieee's success - having followed the story.

Just goes to show what can be achieved against these money-grubbing parasites.

Well done Lainieee and everyone who helped her emerge victorious! :T  :T
