Hi all, could use a little advice re my ticket

Company Car driver + my company owns car outright so no lease co involved.

Windscreen ticket was issued 23/01 around 10:30 am outside a hotel where I had customers staying, this was in a large enclosed courtyard with no parking bays. I have since returned and there is a small notice on the hotel wall.

Ignored the windscreen notice and binned it as I had a couple of "McDonalds" ones over the last couple of years successfully ignored.

"Notification Letter" arrived at work address 25th March as they are the RK stating 14 day reply, however I noticed in this letter they have the correct date but state that the car was observed at midnight "23/01/14 00:00"

I am guessing some numpty in their office hasn't completed the standard letter in-fills correctly as at midnight the car was on my drive and I was in the pub with my customers.

Should I continue to ignore on this basis, send a letter from myself as driver indicating their information is incorrect and I have witness to the fact or send letter on company headed paper ??

Any advice appreciated

Private parking companies can now pursue the registered keeper, so ignoring is no longer the best advice.

Will your company let you appeal the notice on their behalf? If so then just follow the appeal template set out in the Newbie sticky thread.

No idea why you are ignoring this - the advice changed over a year ago to appeal and win at POPLA, because some PPCs are suing ignorers. This advice, since 2013, is all covered in the 'NEWBIES please read these FAQs first!' top sticky thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
