Paid referral fee

Hi, can anyone give me some help. I accepted payment of £1300 against £1700 owed to me by Barclays. Have just received my charges notification statement for june and they are still charging me 'paid referral fees' which is another £30 per item on top of the £35 they charge at the time they send back direct debits. I need to claim this back and also two £35 charges levied on my account in between me accepting the £1300 and them putting it in my account. I am not great at writing letters so any help would be appreciated
