Clean or dirty funds before transfer

My Cavendish funds ISA is all in bundled funds at Fidelity. I was originally planning to use the Fidelity free switch to move them all to clean funds before transferring to II. Now I see that II will be doing an automatic free switch sometime in 2014.
Is there any preference on which way to do it ?

I'm not sure that the Fidelity switch to clean versions is fully functional yet - in any case, using it may delay your transfer. I would transfer as they are and let II do the legwork in slow time once you have moved.Old dog but always delighted to learn new tricks!0

The switch won't take place until 2016. When the time comes let Fidelity organise this meaning there is no need for you to do anything. Cavendish clients will receive further information in 2015 when Fidelity finalise the arrangements. Why do you want to leave?Take my advice at your peril.0

reason to leave is cost ; platform fee = 0.25% with Cavendish, £80pa with II.
II are switching to clean this year - http://www.iii.co.uk/funds/product/clean-funds0 -
I’m in the same boat with Bestinvest-II. Watching for any posts that may prove useful.0
