Bank of scotland /Halifax loan

Phoned bank and they have told us we did have ppi on a loan but we need to know when it started or finished. Have checked credit report and cannot see it on there, how do I find out about this loan

It's entirely possible they complained about mortgage PPI since they don't say what was upheld the first time round.

You will need to send them a SAR and £10 to see what's left - see the sticky

for a link to a template in the PPI reclaiming section. ou don't need to know when it started or finished you need the account number only.

The 13,500 was for my mortgage. This us now credit card and loan. Husband gad £737 and £3449 from 2 cards with MBNA
