Bank of scotland /Halifax loan

Phoned bank and they have told us we did have ppi on a loan but we need to know when it started or finished. Have checked credit report and cannot see it on there, how do I find out about this loan

It's entirely possible they complained about mortgage PPI since they don't say what was upheld the first time round.
You will need to send them a SAR and £10 to see what's left - see the sticky
for a link to a template in the PPI reclaiming section. ou don't need to know when it started or finished you need the account number only.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
