Sony tv with numerous repairs

I have a sony tv which I purchased from M&S 4 years ago with a 5yr guarantee , it has had numerous repairs and now it needs a PCB what are my rights regarding this product has anyone had a similar experience?

Your five year guarantee will be against any faults present at the time of purchase. If the TV has had "numerous repairs" and is four years old, I think you'll probably have to consider buying a new one.
You have no "rights" under the guarantee which is offered above and beyond what the law requires.

I can understand your confusion probably due to the large number of threads about PPI here, but actually this is a sub-board that is supposed to be to discuss reclaiming bank or credit card charges.
