Anything which makes life easier..............

I use a laptop, my wife doesn't. She has a kindle, I don't. I've lost count of the number of times I've read something on the net and thought that my wife would be interested. Quite by chance I browsed through Chrome add-on's and found something that has provided me with an icon (which sits top right) and if I now read something that she might be interested in, I can click and send the article to her kindle which she can read at her leisure,

A small thing, but like something else I discovered yesterday, it makes like just a tad easier. Yesterdays find was https://www.pushbullit.com. This allows me to push anything across to my tablet (or phone) that I have on the laptop simply by clicking the bullit icon.

Why not use Evernote. There's a clipper addon for Chrome (I use the Firefox one) which clips a page or article and syncs it to your notebook.

And there are Android and Apple apps that sync too. I think there's at least a Kindle Fire version, not sure about the old e-ink kindles.

That pushbullit link takes me through a series of redirects and then, quelle surprise, I get a "Your flash is out of date" page displayed, which is not an Adobe page and has no Adobe links.

    NO THANKS!
