PPI Claim

Doesnt necessarily mean he has PPI. After all, there would be a monthly d/d to the MPPI if it existed. yet no mention of that. Just the CI and endowment.
I changed the mortgage lender in 2001 and cancelled everything that I had with Barclays apart from endowment which I got rid of after 11 years. Bank's report shows a PPI on mortgage between 1997 and 2001. If it had anything to do with endowment, it would have gone on till 2008 when I sold off endowment.0 -
Unless you complain with specific reasons what would the Bank "investigate"? If you want a refund, you have to do your own research and show reasons why the Bank should pay you redress. There is no point writing to the Bank telling them to "investigate" your PPI, as the product is not at issue. You have to show it was mis-sold to you.
I think I should ask the bank to investigate this PPI
What evidence do you have for this assertion? This is what the Bank will want to know…I am sure I did not need a PPI in addition to the life cover and CI cover that came with my endowment policy.
CI and life cover have no overlap with PPI. They are all different insurances covering completely separate claimable events..0
