A speaker I had ordered arrived yesterday, picked it up at the PO at 3.30, tried it out at 4.30.
I called the company at 4.45 and said I really wasn't happy with the quality and the lady apologised and said she would send me out a new one.
Postie was at the door before 10am with the new one, now that's brilliant service!!!
And note where I live too, no excuses about how far away I am :-)
Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.

I got a great deal at Argos, I got a boosh (sp) for half price which is the same price as some of the cheaper brands.
That's our job today, clearing the 10 years of rubbish, getting the old one out and new one in.

Thanks, I'll try Argos first :)

    According to their website:
You can find them in most branches of Sainsbury's, Waitrose and Booths and some branches of Budgens, Co-op and Asda. Look out for them in the chiller section.
