My thoughts....
Naughty Nerf is deffo the third one on the top row :rotfl:
TS is the Tiny dangerous one
AAU is the Jock
Savvy is the Geek!
TM is the stylish one
tweets is the good little church girl
I have other thoughts but I'll leave it at that. Who's the drama queen?:rotfl::rotfl:
Good morning! My, how meanings of words change. If I'd have been called a 'geek' at school a few decades ago, I'd have been offended and would have been bullied. Now, though, it's a term of compliment! Yes, I am a geek and so fortunate that I am:D. What a good thing to be! More than that, it's very heart-warming:T.
In fact I could be several of those things. I could be "the funny guy" (or maybe it ought to be "The Funny Guy" - capitalised:rotfl:), the annoying one perhaps (at times), but also the one you can depend on (occasionally:D), the grumpy one (or so it may seem at times but really I'm not), the goody two shoes:o or the innocent one. Much as I'd love to have the accolade of 'the one who always swears', sadly they don't let me show that true character:(:D:eek:.
I'd love to be "the one who's up to no good" sometimes! I'm like the tower, as pictured there, as I can indeed see over things and find what lies beyond!:T (Enough of the smug self-congratulation Savvy:p.:o-that's how it might come across but, assure you, it's not intended!) I'm not usually 'the one with the bad memory', though I do have lapses of memory from time to time as do all people. I can often, after some while of thought, eventually dredge the 'forgotten' thing back up so that it no longer is. I think, again with many people, or even all people from time to time, sometimes I remember clear as day something from years and years ago, yet can't recall what I thought a few minutes ago. "Traditionally", I have been 'the shy one' - although, nowadays, in some respects, I could be the very assertive one rather than 'shy' at all!
I'm not 'the lazy one', although I do take far too long on things, but more because I'm attempting to ensure that I'm doing them correctly and completely and I do have my procrastinations elsewhere but that's not 'lazy'. I am tardy sometimes though, but again through having to work through things, and eventually get to it, through having a lot 'to do' (and no complaint made about that btw, as I somewhat like it that way) so yes I am sometimes tardy (and 'lazy' in the sense of being tardy). But definitely not 'lazy' in the sense of not being hard-working. I am hard work, at times, :rotfl: but I'm hard-working too.
I used to (seem to) be 'the one who always [got] hurt', but I don't think I'm much of that nowadays. I'm certainly not 'the slow one' - rather, I'm fast and jump on things (although, yes, if tardiness is being "slow", then I am slow in that sense!). I used to think "autistic" meant "slow", but what a misunderstanding that was!:)
I'm certainly not 'the flirt' - unfortunately:( - wouldn't have it in me to know what flirting was let alone how to do it:o:o. But maybe I can be a 'ladies man' at some moments. Quite separately, am I the 'tiny dangerous one'?. "Stylish" - what's that?:o:rotfl: I've love to be "the gangster" but I almost certainly am not:(. I should be "the gangsta" instead:rotfl:.
I wonder if I can say, FC, I think you're the "cutie pie" - or is that a little wrong to say?!?:o:rotfl::rotfl::A
What's that blue one called, on the bottom line the fourth one in (depending on what you count as being at the bottom line). (I.e. is 'the one you can depend on' at the bottom line as it seems to be a little higher up than that!:rotfl:)
Well... I'm off now this morning for some shopping round and then hopefully back some point in the day to do some more lists (Tvs etc.). Possibly another forlorn hope - sorry sorry folks I do try to get to them. By the time I've done my completeness though, I'll be way late and I've got an 'evening meal' tonight so will be back a little later in the evening thereafter probably. And I bet something will fill up this afternoon:(. (Aren't I grumpy there?:rotfl::rotfl: Actually, no, it's just a tiny frown there - actually I'm quite happy, my usual happiness, at the moment. Hope I can help anyone else who needs hugs:).)
See you later/soon!!:D:D0 -

Savvy, there is only one version showing at £1.00 on msm so you, of all people, don't need to be told that - you can work it out yourself:p:p.:D:D

Good morning all....
Happy Birthday to Annabell
Ive been reading back and was particularly struck by Nenans post and also Tiny's about the hoarding...I most ceryainly relate to both and its only this week that ive really had the realisation that my house contents expand far more than the amount of things that get disposed of....and I too am making a very concious effort to reduce on lots of things.
Some of you know that Ive mentioned being a beauty junkie...something I fully admit to but now I really am resisting buying anything else...and that ethos is going to extend to other areas too alonng with a general tidy up of the house too.
Tiny's post about having to empty the contents of her dear mothers bungalow has really struck a chord with me too...I lost my mother just over a year ago and whilst we have dealt with the house in the form of renovating it to allow rental the furniture has been in storage for all the time because at this point I'm totally unable to sort through it in a logical manner...my parents had lived in the house together for 50 years having inherited it from my grandfather who bought it new...when he died and subsequently my dad died belongings were just put into the loft, and everyone who has passed through the house has never really moved out so at present we have a lock on the loft hatch and tenants in the house....but I know there is not only a storage container of furniture...but 80 years of memories in the loft too that will need sorting out....its a prospect that fills me with dread and joy...joy at what I might discover but dread a what to do with it all..
I'm a sentimental bunny....
Small steps and hopefully the support of those that know what its like to be in that position I hope will get me through....I'm with you Nenan and Tiny, and hope we can all help eachother throughfrugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Thank you x
Hi Mrs S,
Yesterday I bought a £10 meal deal and a £6 meal deal, went to self scan, put all the food thru, and then scanned my green redeem voucher. The food had come to £29.34, and when I then hit finish and pay, it deducted the £5 voucher, then the £6 meal deal excess and then the £10 meal excess leaving me £10.50 to pay( I thought it would be £11).:j
Main thing to remember is to scan your green redeem BEFORE hitting finish and pay. Hope that helps.0
