    Of course I mean 'has anyone bought it and is it any good?' - I'd have thought it's bloomin' obvious that it wouldn't be on a comparison shop!:p:rotfl::rotfl::D
    you got to remember we are on the elite. where we buy branded goods for less than shops own brand.
    so no "it was not blooming obvious" that is why I asked.
    think about it savvy why would an elite post such a post. we are not after cheap alternatives, we are after the best for the best price. :D

    ps if it was obvious why do you think I of all people would be the ONLY one to reply. not even aau got your drift.

    Hi 76rosie, I'm with the Halifax. May I ask how you get invited to this offer? Is it online through online banking or mobile? or perhaps email? TIA
    I can answer that. It is online. You need to look for 'Cashback Extras'. Sign up and then check regularly for personalised offers, which you need to activate if you are interested in them. I have in the past had 20% on one spend up to £100 at Morrisons and subsequently 10% and just now 5%. I have earned the cashback when I have bought £100 Morrisons vouchers, and the added bonus is that they do give change when you spend them.

    I still think it was bloomin obvious to the readers of the place where this was posted - i.e. this thread. What else could people here (generally informed people) have taken from a post that just showed a price at Aldi and N/A everywhere else? (That obviously isn't going to be a comparison shop!)

    Yes we 'normally' compare vs another store's cheaper size (preferably with a glitch), but sometimes we have out-and-out 'buy in...s' as in RTC products posted etc., of the type that are not compared to on price promises. I don't think the (branded) Bleach - which is 750ml versions - on the previous 2 for £2 glitch with the Fairy actually did work out cheaper. You paid £2 then got £1.98 vs £1 or 99p (about £1.08) back - which was approx. 92p. Divided by two is 46p per item. Whereas the Power what's-it one in Aldi (which is 2 litres) is 99p - or 37 and one eighth pence adjusted to if it were 750ml.

    We got very good, best prices on branded products - but as to whether there was a cheaper (that is thick bleach, not SP thin) alternative somewhere...

    ill ask again then as you have skipped over my question. if it were obvious. why was I the only one to answer? + the fact you have been with us for 18 months and should have a good stock of bleach as I have. so why ask about an obscure brand that is not likely to be on our hit list.

    ps has anyone tried the cheese straws in four boys? "no" wonder why no reply

    is this 2nd edit quick enough to make it into savvy's reply? as he has been replying for 5mins:D:p

    I refer you to the answer in my post that you have quoted in this reply of yours.

    Because it might work out cheaper than the options we have been using.

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::T

    I'm sorry, I can't keep going over the same points (why not Savvy... why not?:D) but will have to move on to something of wider use, such as one or more of my lists.

    Thanks for your observations!:)
