I know a good olive oil can taste nice, but do you drink it for its taste, or for its health benefits? Do you use a shot glass and down it, or sip it like a fine wine? Genuinely curious.

I fry my eggs in rapeseed oil, as recommended by Hugh Thingy-Wotsit. I have never in my life made chips, I'm way too scared of having a pan of hot oil around the place :o
