Have had a nice visit with my grand daughter , she has soo much energy,I wish I had half of it ... Gwandma run ,Gwandma hide Gwandma swing grandma ring a ring of roses Gwandma sit play snap wouldn't have it any other way

Years ago, my mum and dad's next door neighbours were a young family with a little girl (she's all grown up now, with kids of her own), and she too had sooo much energy. So her mum and dad used to send her next door to Grandma & Granddad (my parents, not her real grandparents, though), it was 'open house', and they loved it (me and sis were all grown up by then), though she could tire them out as well. So, one time, my mum said "Let's play Sleeping Lions", explained the rules to her, and she laid down, dead still ... for about ten seconds, then jumped up and said "I know, let's play When Lions Wake Up". :rotfl:

    Evening all

This rant could be row upon row of expletives but I can rise above most things.
In sainsbobs just now I was just about to unload my basket to converyer and realised I had forgotten something which was right near the till. Turned my back and some inconsiderate !!!!!! was putting stuff on converyer. to make things worse he was with someone and they had 2 shops in a trolley and was basket only. Not usually one to rise to such things but I managed to put my shopping in between their 2 shops so they gained nothing.
of course I had a full purse of change and coupons which I needed to tip out and took my time.

Last night after texting my sis to ask eta for tonight she tells me her hubby has booked hotel. A weeks worth of prep and if I had not texted would not even have been told. Now dont get me wrong I love my sis to bits but was so  I have not calmed down yet.

Topped off with bt not telling me I had gone over useage. Wouldnt have minded but they insisted I didnt need unlimited bb when I sorted out package last year.
Sorted new package with another youview box, unlimited fibreoptic and no more than my original package. Not only thàt but refund of overuse charges for last 4 months too. Not overexcited about it but had fun playing hardball.

Ok rant over. Got mums new aussie mobile number through, cancelled her graze boxes and appear to have done 101 other things today.

AltoJack sorry I missed the glass raising at 8pm but wish you a very happy weekend of celebrations.

Will now go back and do a days reading which at least will not take as long as last night
