Thanks to Karlie and her financial expertise, I have now opened a Nationwide Flex account for myself and also another one for my DH. Just have to wait now for the paperwork.
Also, Tesco have just very kindly donated a free £16.78 joint of silverside beef to the TBW slush fund.
The week has started well.

New TSB account: how to make £600 a year
TSB has hit the headlines with the launch of its new Plus current account promising 5% interest on balances of £2,000, worth £100 a year, but a Moneywise investigation has found how couples can get six times that.

So if me and OH opened up 6 accounts over the next month with £2000 in each could I then use the £500 that I put into the first one opened, to trans into the second, then a few days later take it out and put into the third one and continue this way using the same £500 for all six accounts, then rinse and repeat for the rest of the year?0 -

Yes, but you don't need to leave it a few days. It only has to credit the account and be moved seconds later through all accounts.0
