What an expensive shop:eek:. Oops, sorry, just blurting out:o:o:A.

Crumpets!! That's what I should have got on my vs T shop - crumpets! Forgot didn't I, in all the crowded shop, not the Warburtons but wanted the SP ones (vs T) - although maybe they can go on next shop as now showing Sainsbobs with an equivalent at the same price - I'll probably stick to vs T though as S a very expensive store. Mind you, based on that shop...:o

I started off earlier in the Mr A store that had the SEL of 50p on the donuts. Still none there, so I went onto my second store. I've tried the sweets mix and match, with the Cadbury DM Caramel bar this time:rotfl::rotfl:. Probably costing me way too much as I could have just bought a whole bag of lollies when they were £1 and as opposed to just two lollies and a couple of other sweet packs to 10% lower. Ah well, it was paid by wombles.

I put in a green cabbage. That was still showing 40p on t.com before I went and did the shop but I suspected it would change whilst I was out:(:(. Now says 80p on t.com and already gone through to msm, with another best part of an hour to wait till the 3 hours:( - ruddy beggars Mr Tossos are, doubling the price on the same day!

I got another F.T. Pineapple (must stop doing that as 90p net is way too much when loose ones, a bit bigger, are going at 75p vs 75p at M). And it's described differently on the receipt now, so will probably fail:(.

No SP Cornish Pasty in store anywhere, and SP Sausage Rolls pack in both stores sadly now showing correct prices (gone back up to £1.19), so I got neither of them. The SP Cornish would have been a filler (vs N/A) but I should stop keep buying them as, if I get one to fill each of three different shops, that adds up to more expensive than the 3 pack SP Minced Beef & Onion pies (now apparently just vs M on msm).

Then I went back to my original store. I was going to do my vs W shopping (for some different Mullers than ones that compare to T). I noticed the 5 pack donuts had come back in stock though - and not only 50p r'back on shelf but also each had a "50p" sticker on the bags - so, I thought, absolutely safe in the event they change the SELs whilst I'm doing the rest of the shopping. I got well into the shop, including the F.T. Broccoli & Cauliflower pack (400g) that looks like it is comparing to the £1 price of the bagged version at T on msm. I'd resisted that in the earlier store, as with 335g Broccoli at 50p (or lower vs M's 49p), that £1 (even minus 10%) is quite expensive.

I got to my sixth or seventh item, a struggle getting there as having to use some same items as the earlier shop because too much is way expensive at T, then I decided the Donuts would scan through at 50p anyway as they had "00050" in the code on the pack:(:(. So, one by one, put everything back on the shelf.

Then I did the originally planned W shop, with the Mullers and some Vitalite. The Vitalite vs Waities works out cheaper than the Bertolli vs T - and everyone on my wombles keeps buying just a single pack of Bertolli:wall:. Someone can tell me the CBY Sunflower Spread vs T at 75p is cheaper than the Vitalite, but we'd just end up with sunflower spread and own brand every time:(. I resisted getting the A.B. Jam Roly Poly as decided we didn't really need it and would only be getting it as W on 99p - we've enough desserts anyway. I'd also successfully resisted the Kipling Bakewell Tart, as that's recently had a size reduction and vs £1 at Waities: 90p, really, is still too much, as it's previously been down at 65p. Decided I'd wait till another half price (really we have too many cakes anyway) and Roly Poly sure to go back down in price somewhere later. There I was - I had that on my vs W list for two weeks, waiting till I got chance to do vs W shopping, and then I ended up not buying it (and saving the money:D)!

I used the normal Lime & Coco. for the Mullers - ended up with a lot of Muller Rices though - I wanted more Yogurts but only took down a few that compared vs Waities and I should have put down a lot of extra options instead. Well, never mind, they can go on the next vs T or somewhere else shop and, who knows, a better offer to compare to elsewhere could come on.

[Edit - misinformer!] [Strike]I'm not so sure that this is a price error. It was £1.39 in T very recently - I think this could be a price increase showing on msm for T that hadn't yet gone into the APG. As this comparison was posted yesterday, it could well now be comparing vs £1.79:(.[/Strike] No it is showing £1.39 for T on msm therefore should compare vs that!

Oh, on my shopping trips btw, as I tell you every detail:rotfl::D, saw a man and woman in the fresh fruit place pondering over what to put in the trolley. I saw they had just a broccoli and a cucumber in there. I almost said, so far, so good, both of them cheaper in M! And thought about telling them a Yellow Plum Punnet maybe, to compare vs 50p for M:rotfl::rotfl:. I really could have gone round the store with them, separating out any items they wanted that are vs M items:rotfl:. I didn't, but I just could have done!

The Yellow plums are actually £1 in M (I was at M yesterday and saw they were now back up to £1) but APG still locked on last Wednesday - so, either it's continuing to compare to 50p after the offer had already gone, or it was 50p at M on Wednesday (the date 'when it mattered'). Just to let you know the 50p price on the APG for the plums may change upwards fairly soon (after Monday probably).
