Evening all, just checking in. Make note..Truffle Hunter..I am posting!!! :rotfl::rotfl: Need to have a quick skim back, as been at work tonight, although feeling too tired.

Thank you again Tiny for the lovely chocs, I went straight to a friends after and shared some with her, which was good, as she seemed to need cheering up. Hope you have a lovely time on Saturday.

Gonna go for my quick read and watch the walking dead now before bed. Night night xx

Popped into T this evening to take further advantage of their generous free pork joints offer. The usual daytime trout wasn't there and I was assisted instead by a pleasant young male CS - beautifully made up with eye shadow, heavy mascara and lipstick. Don't have a problem with it per se, but my goodness it took me by surprise. It was very hard not to stare :o

    Forgot to say....

for those of you that chatted to sun perks for vouchers not arrived. My dd received £20 Mr t vouchers as replacement yesterday plus the original £20 morries ones:j
I was not so lucky but not a bad return for £1.

We are missing 2 x£20 Superdrug and 2x £5 Morrisons :(. I have contacted them and they say Morrisons will be 2-3 weeks due to demand and others in about a week :(.

Invited back with £10 T voucher for £1 (not connected to complaint about missing vouchers) so may do that too.

I was served by a gent in Sainsburys recently who had full make up on and a curly perm. His name badge says he was called Roz.....he admired my earrings and we talked about what sort of earrings we liked. He favoured Chandalier types :) I too was taken aback at first but to be fair we had a very pleasant conversation, he gave me first class service and I'd rather have spoken to him all day than have a trouting in As!!
I thought fair play to Sains for not being afraid to put people who might be different in a customer facing role. And fair play to Roz for trying to make his customers feel comfortable. He was good at his job which is good enough for me
It takes all sorts to make the world spin :)
