New 1p item...not seen it posted here (maybe cos i havent been on here since early Feb). Apologise if its been posted before.

Spiderman junior ready bed. SEL said NEW spiderman junior ready bed but the price bit was hidden (folded behind). Had a wee nosey & it said 1p. :j

Took it to shelf scan and it came up as unknown item :(. Said i'd just leave it as didnt want to bring attention.

So i went back to check & the SEL barcode ends 7739. The barcode on the ready beds was different :mad: This was St R0ll0x in Gla5gow So not confirmed as i didnt get one for 1p but SEL did say 1p.

Just thought it might help someone if they find one in store.

Nice to see you posting Enjoy your day Hope you get your 1p item I have yet to find any. See next post

    Morning all

I hate that it is not Friday :(

I found out yesterday that there is goin to be a road closure for 3 months  on part of my bus route. So, either they'll suitably divert the bus or put temporary lights up, which means I'll have to leave for work even earlier and get either an earlier bus or two buses to work

:( I hate it when the buses don't run smoothly :(
3 months? What are they doing? Filling a pot hole and having a 2 1/2 month consultation while doing it?

I'd be really grateful for some information regarding how Tesco work out their multibuy discounts.

In particular, Tesco are currently running a 'buy three get the cheapest one free' on many home baking products (flour, yeast, dried fruit, nuts etc). The products in the offer range in price from under a pound to £3.99.

    b) sort the 24 items dearest to cheapest and give me the 8 cheapest free?

Any information from any knowledgeable Elite gratefully received.

    Morning everyone
    Hope your all well ?
Nenen you would get the cheapest free so best to split hth x

    Hi Nenen,

As you thought, and as bubbs has sid, they will give you the cheapest free, of however many numbers of items you buy.

When this offer is running, I always buy items at the same price, at the same time, maximising the discount. Even if it's a case of doing several little shops at one time, separted on the conveyor belt and paid for separately. Just point out to the SA that you want to pay for each shop, individually.

OH is really down atm. A calf died the other day so he's trying to get the cow to adopt another, otherwise they get mastitis, just went out to check on on the ewes and lambs to find a lamb and been killed by foxes. It's hard work when he's this busy. Seeing him for about 45 mins a day.

It must be hard on both of you. I had not picked up you were farmers just assumed we all lived next to and asda or tosco.

Hope the new mum takes to the adoptee

Morning all, the washing powder is back to £5 on A.com. I presume that means it's now scanning at £5 but who knows?! I guess I'll find out when my delivery arrives later.

I did a cc order yesterday and am due to pick it up this morning. It's the first one I've done and I will be really cross if they try to charge me the increased price - it's still showing as £2 for me on the asda website and they will have got me to travel in under false pretences if that price has more than doubled. The price hasn't changed online for my store so surely that should be the price they charge ? Also, there was no indication that the £2 price was a special offer and a 150% price increase overnight is extracting the urine. I know I won't get anywhere by arguing though.

    Good evening everyone

Good game tweets looking forward to the 2nd leg.

I bought Mother's day flowers from T's but when I went to visit Mum today some of them were drooping. They were £15 & 7 day guarantee & Mum still had wrapping in recycling bin so took them back. 2 of the biggest trouts on cs but was told to choose any bunch as replacement. Got a much nicer finest bunch so well pleased & well done T's.

    So am I :)
