OH is really down atm. A calf died the other day so he's trying to get the cow to adopt another, otherwise they get mastitis, just went out to check on on the ewes and lambs to find a lamb and been killed by foxes. It's hard work when he's this busy. Seeing him for about 45 mins a day.

So i went back to check & the SEL barcode ends 7739. The barcode on the ready beds was different :mad::mad: This was St R0ll0x in Gla5gow So not confirmed as i didnt get one for 1p but SEL did say 1p.

Just thought it might help someone if they find one in store.

Did you get any of the valentines choc? That store had loads left.but the staff are polar opposites in there...some applaud 1p finds, others fall short of spitting in your face

So sorry that the animals have died, I am sure it will settled down soon.

In the mean time enjoy a perfect marriage... aka 45 minutes a day!

it is upsetting when they die, OH takes it personally. I'm not from a farming background so am perhaps not as sympathetic as I should be.


At least it is reasonably short lived from lambing until end of calving. He'll cheer up when it's all over and he can be sure all the babies will be fine.

He was a lot less concerned when I was pregnant lol
