  • Did the 2 for £5 multibuy show on receipt for the crisps or did you have to complain at CS. TIA

Sorry, should have mentioned it - No show on the Multi so an easy £2 GC.

I'm off to do something important :D so far this morning I've had a total wardrobe crisis and managed to burn my scalp with straighteners  so by the law of averages it should all go in my favour for the rest of the day!
Wish me luck and have a good day all :)

Rhett I think you should buy mrs R a ride on mower.... Oh how I dream of owning one! :D

I thought things happened in threes. :p

    Morning all :)

Yes the rewards are very good with Pinecone, usually around £3 per survey, beats valuedopinions hands down. You occasionally get products to try as well :)

Without going into too much detail (Pinecone are VERY 'private!), they have changed to a different payment system and no longer issue LVs. Not quite sure how it will work out yet as I haven't had any recent surveys.

Thank you MKS, I saw that advertised but never heard of the make. Never bought anything from Lidl's so unsure of the quality ?

we have a mower from lidl and a chainsaw and a hedge cutter, the mower has a good engine and my oh is a gardener so gets constant use over 3 years and is brilliant, got it out last week after in shed for winter and started first pull.
also I have found lidl is really good on guarentees and unlike some other shops the mowers usually have 3 years.

PS I don't know if anyone can offer any advice, but I'm looking to buy a self-propelled petrol lawn mower ( for wife's birthday).

I don't know anything about them, so any experience with which ones to avoid would be as helpful as any recommendations. Please and thank you 49.gif

We've got a Hayter, got it dirt cheap around 15 years ago, easy to get spares, still works as good as when we bought it. The prices of them now are pretty steep though.

    Good Morning. :)

What a foggy start to the day but it's clearing down here can just see sun starting to peek through. :j

Why did Parcel force chose to come while I had to drop Mr TS to train station this morning. Literally missed them by 5 mins. :(

Hopefully it's the lock for our caravan as it is coming out on Thursday. :j Bit apprehensive about it all as I am meant to have paid my friend for it by now but I explained the situation about the bungalow and she is happy to wait bit longer. :o

Used a £1 Orchard Finest cheese voucher to get some that had been whoopsied from the deli counter last night. Scanned at SS no problem so only paid pennies. :T

I thought the vouchers were only for the prepacked stuff in the cheese aisle. And I only wanted little bits to review to get my score up. ;)

Both of them are sold as prepacked too Gruyere and Manchego. :D
