Totally wrong then saying that only 1 question I could answer truthfully :p

    Your true color is

    Red

You seem to thrive off of your own internal energy source and give off your own heat. If there's work to be done or a problem to get solved, you are the superhero that your friends rely on. Your friends wonder if you ever sleep.

Colour ok but description not me :rotfl::rotfl:[/QUOTE

The description for yellow was ok but I do not do yellow. Except in the garden :D

The bag weighs nothing to start with and there are washing machines abroad! Even in Bolivia we found a laundrette in the back of beyond. Washed, pressed and folded for pennies
Clothes were a bit stiff though :rotfl:

I always find it fun on holiday to use the local laundrette; it's a guaranteed way to get to know the locals:)

  • OT - any advice welcomed...

DS is moving schools this year, he's 12 in June. His old school had an after school/nursery that ran until 6pm. The new school appears to have after school clubs like football but no formal homework club to keep an eye on him.

He tells me he is too old to go to the childminders any more, I don't have any friends or family who could take him after school, and I don't want him roaming the streets all evening or sat home alone.

I'm currently self employed and work my own hours so it's not a problem, but I had it in my head that I'd go back to having a proper job when he started big school. Only problem is that if I do then there's three hours between him finishing school and me getting home.

Does anyone have any suggestions of age appropriate supervised childcare for a 12 yr old? Or am I better off waiting a few years before going back to work proper?

I will second this Savvy. I realise that sometimes social interaction of certain types does not come naturally to you, and give you that little extra 'give' that this deserves.
