Nobody is going to telling your solicitor when the buyer's mortgage valuation is happening.
As far as he is concerned when you've signed the sale contract he is ready to proceed - doesn't mean that the buyer is also ready.RICHARD WEBSTER

Well that went a lot smoother than I was expecting, the house has just completed

And me, I've been trying to get this house sold or out of my name since July 2007. With various lies and delay tactics along the way at times I've wondered if it would ever go!
I wonder what the longest time it's taken for a house to be sold or removed from someone's name after a relationship break up when it was agreed at the time of break up it would happen within 6 months!0
